Joseph G. Ilges, Attorney
 Joseph G. Ilges joined the firm in 2010. Since graduating from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2004, Joe has focused his practice on providing counsel to older adults on a wide-range of legal issues primarily related to advising the elderly on how to use public benefits to finance long term care costs.
Joe's experience includes issues involving the elderly, estate planning, probate and trust administration, asset preservation planning, conservatorship/guardianship proceedings and special needs planning.
Joe received a B.A. in Political Science in 1993 and a B.A. in History in 1997, from Saint Louis University. Before attending law school Joe worked in both the healthcare and non-profit sectors, where he dealt with many issues affecting older adults. His time spent providing outreach and education to community and healthcare professionals while working for a non-profit reinforced Joe's desire to assist older adults, their legal representatives and caregivers negotiate the unique challenges that arise during the aging process.
Joe is licensed to practice law in Missour. He is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). |
