Michael O’N. Barron, Attorney

Michael O’N. Barron joined the firm in 2006 after being in private practice for 40 years. He now limits his practice to trust and estate planning and estate administration.  
 
Michael has practiced law in the state of Michigan as well as in Missouri and his experience includes working first as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and then representing private clients in a wide range of civil and criminal litigation. From 1983 to 2003 he limited his practice to the petroleum and gas industry dealing with government imposed price controls and the refund programs. He was one of five attorneys in the United States to focus on this area of law.
 
Michael attended the University Of Notre Dame and received his A.B. in Philosophy and Classical Languages from St. Louis University. He received his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and in 2005 Michael also received his LLM in Tax from Washington University Law School in St. Louis.

Michael plays competitive senior tennis, is married to Ann and he has three children and eight grandchildren.
