 Beverly Wolff has been employed as a legal secretary for Steven M. Laiderman, and The Laiderman Law Firm, P.C., since January, 1999. Most of her working career has been in the legal field which she has thoroughly enjoyed and from which she has gained much knowledge.
Bev assists in the drafting of client’s estate planning documents, prepares amendments to living trusts and works on any outstanding and/or follow-up matters that need to be completed after the execution of the documents. This includes preparing new deeds for property recently acquired, having deeds recorded with the Recorder of Deeds, obtaining lender consents to transfer real property into the name of the living trust, and in general, checking the file periodically to see what outstanding matters have or have not been completed.
Bev is from St. Louis, Missouri, and resides in Creve Coeur with her husband of 41 years, Sanford, who is an investment broker. They have two children, Rob and Jill, and four grandchildren, Devin, Jack, Callie and Cammi. |
