The Laiderman Law Firm, P.C. dedicates a portion of its practice to business planning for privately-held companies.

We concentrate our business practice primarily in the areas of entity creation, business tax planning, business succession planning and negotiation of business sales and acquisitions. In addition, we represent our business clients in real estate transactions, including negotiation of leases, sales and acquisitions of real estate and tax-free exchanges.

For a fixed annual fee, we also offer a business retainer service whereby we will serve as the registered agent for a business, keep necessary business records up to date, meet with the client bi-annually to discuss business matters and take unlimited calls on all new matters.
